At Orris Dental, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time — and ours — and appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide quality care to all our patients.
To keep your appointment reserved, please confirm at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Unfortunately, unconfirmed appointments may be released and offered to other patients.
You are always welcome to call us to check if your time slot is still available.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- 48 hours’ notice: No charge. Deposit may be applied to your next visit.
- 24 hours’ notice: A $75 fee may apply.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments:
- Hygiene visits: $75 per hour
- Dentist visits: $100 per hour
Please note: All cancellations or schedule changes must be made during regular business hours. Being 15 minutes or more late to an appointment may be considered a missed appointment.
We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you — but timely notice allows us to offer care to other patients waiting for appointments. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us serve everyone better.
